WEBOMATIC industrial machines excell through their flexibility and profitability. The working cycle is semi- or fully automatic.
All current industrial machines are equipped with 4000S computer control modules. This computer combines programme security and service friendliness. 50 programmes for product name, vaccum percentage, sealing temperature and eventual interval vaccum, entered and retrievable through the keyboard. On the PNC 20A-D-M2 models filled pouches are perforated before the vacuum cycle starts. Overlapping pouch material may reach out of chamber.
After the vacuum- and sealing cycle the pouches are ejected on a conveyor belt and transported to the shrink tank or shrink tunnel. The pouches are collected on discharge rollers.
